CRM Mastery Bootcamp

Your agenda, recorded sessions, and weekly homework overview

Each session in our CRM Bootcamp is designed to build stronger habits through simple, actionable exercises. These assignments will help you clean, organize, and activate your database — preparing you to run automated campaigns, celebrate client milestones, and track meaningful insights. Complete each day’s task to become fully CRM Ready by the end of the series.

October 17 | 10 AM

Setting up your database: Organize, tag & clean up your contacts

Post-Training Homework:

  • Audit your contacts to remove duplicates or spam.

  • Apply at least 3 tags to segment your database (e.g., Sphere, Active Buyer, Past Client).

  • (Optional) Create a Smart List of your active opportunities.

October 21 | 10 AM

Optimizing your contact profile: Build complete profiles & reminders

Post-Training Homework:

  • Add a touch reminder or task for at least five contacts per day.

  • Complete or update contact details (email, phone, tags) for ten profiles.

  • Add one birthday or anniversary date to automate celebrations.

October 23 | 10AM

Designing an email: Create newsletters & listing emails

Post-Training Homework:

  • Create one newsletter draft and save it as a template.

  • Design and schedule one listing email (a test send is fine).

October 28 | 10 AM

Agent network feature: market listings to agents effectively

Post-Training Homework:

  • Send one Agent Network email promoting a listing.

  • Share one successful Agent Network email example in the next session.

October 30 | 10 AM

Automate your workflows: flows, triggers, touch reminders

Post-Training Homework:

  • Create one Flow using a tag-based audience (e.g., “New Buyer Leads”).

  • Set one Trigger for a celebration event (e.g., Birthday).

  • Review your tags to ensure they align with your automations.

November 4 | 10 AM

Insights & activity feed: track results & next steps

Post-Training Homework:

  • Review Insights from your latest send and note one actionable improvement.
